Cheese cutter – where efficiency meets craftsmanship
The processing of hard cheese is traditionally done by hand – laborious, ergonomically challenging, and prone to inconsistent product quality. With rising demand and a shortage of skilled workers, manual processes quickly reach their limits. Ensuring consistent results and hygienic workflows becomes increasingly difficult.

Cooperation
From craftsmanship to automation – a smart process
The cheese cutter was created in close cooperation with the Fromagerie Amstutz – an innovative solution for processing extra-hard cheese into handcrafted broken cheese pieces “Möckli”.
The project combines the experience of traditional cheesemaking with our technological expertise in mechatronics, precision mechanics, and plant engineering. This unites craftsmanship with modern automation – for the highest quality and efficiency in production.
